Baranyi — Controversy
Controversy is a collaborative music project. The album is an instrumental blend of 1970's style jazz fusion and hip hop. All the elements were composed and performed by session musicians without programming. The mix was done at Phat Planet with a final transfer to 1/2" tape.
K-Weak Project — Trapped in a Groove
The K-Weak Project is a guitar driven instrumental band with funk and hard rock influences. The intention was to have a modern sound with elements of funk fusion. The mix was done at Phat Planet with a final transfer to 1/2" tape.
Deanna Carolina — Classic Rock Covers
The artist wanted to produce a cover album of classic rock songs using harp as the main instrument. Both peddle and folk harps were used. Cello and percussion were added on some songs to back up the harp.
The Tanner Jonson Quartet — Jazz Video Series
The Tanner Jonson Quartet was part of a jazz video project. All audio and video were recorded simultaneously. Half the set was acoustic trio the other half was electric jazz with drums.
Mike Bloomer — Creative Vault
Mike Bloomer is a classically trained multi instrumentalist. He wanted the album to have diverse music influences ranging from classical, jazz fusion, and rock. The session musicians also came from many music backgrounds. The production ranged from chamber quality instruments to highly processed electric and acoustic elements.
The John Briganti Trio — Jazz Video Series
The John Briganti Trio was part of a jazz video project. All audio and video were recorded simultaneously. The one room recording presented some isolation challenges of the fully acoustic band but allowed the musicians to build off each other’s solos.

The DeCapo Trio was part of a jazz video project. All audio and video were recorded simultaneously. The one room recording allowed a positive interaction with band members.
David Naidu — Going Places
The album was originally conceived as a solo classical guitar project. Early in preproduction the decision was made to choose contemporary compositions and to hire additional musicians. Great care was taken to capture the full acoustic character of all the instruments.
The Forefathers — Full Circle
This work is a follow-up to a successful 2011 LP. The music consists of multi-layered rhythm elements to create an energetic sonic texture. The concept intends to create instrumental music that tells a story.
The Forefathers — Aurora
This project is the third full length album from the band. Having more time to work on the recording, the band decided to use a click track for the first time and record the main rhythms first. Having both trap drums and hand procession on all the songs required precision in timing, dynamics and patterns had careful attention taken to them.
